After Top Chef, Lilian Douchet opens two restaurants (yes, two!)

This is the good news of the week: Lilian Douchet, candidate for the thirteenth season of Top chef, will open not one but two first restaurants, in Paris and Bordeaux. A few months ago, the young candidate had been forced to close his first restaurant, opened in Beauvais during the health crisis, before becoming responsible for a large area.

With his experiences in starred restaurants, such as La Truffière, Paloma or even the mythical George V, the young candidate had been spotted by M6 when he shared his cooking tips on TikTok under the nickname “Doudou Kitchen”. After a remarkable career in Top chefhe is back for good at the head of his two restaurants with one watchword: to offer “a gourmet and elegant table at affordable prices”.

“Gourmet, elegant, accessible”

Located at 29, quai des Chartrons in Bordeaux, Lil’Home is a bistronomic restaurant offering seasonal dishes in a warm atmosphere. Count between 28 and 35 euros for lunch, and between 48 and 64 euros in the evening.

With Dame Augustine, in Paris, the young chef promises to offer us “a creative and seasonal menu at affordable prices”.

If Bordeaux residents can already discover Lil’Home, open since Saturday, at the Chartrons, Dame Augustine will open its doors in a few days at the Gobelins.
