The roof terrace of Molitor, this rooftop bar-brasserie offering a view of the capital but also of the superb swimming pool, has reopened its doors! The ideal spot to share a cocktail, a good meal and a beautiful view.

Unmissable rooftop of the capital citythe roof terrace du Molitor awaits us again this spring-summer 2022 for good moments of relaxation and indulgence. Notably thanks to chef Martin Simolka who imagined a summer cardmade from seasonal products.

Open daily from lunch to dinner, this space 500m² reveals a great bar which faces us on the way up, and a brewery of 143 seats side restaurant. Note that the shutters allow us to have lunch sheltered from the sun on the restaurant side but that the other half allows us to have a drink in the sun.

At menu of rooftop Molitor this summerdishes that smell good of the sun: burratina, arrancini, grilled lobster, pokebowl, roasted eggplant… As for desserts, the new pastry chef Louise Riot offers a revisited banofee, or even XXL ice cream cups.

On the solarium, the atmosphere is conducive to tasting the chef’s tapas: hummus with peppers, half-cooked tuna tataki or arancinis of candied tomatoes, which are served with original signature cocktails. We also take advantage of the seen on the all of Paris in 360°and the mythical Molitor swimming poolseated in comfortable benches.

And, for this summer season, Molitor planned a festive programmingwith in particular DJ sets Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, as well as live concerts.

And if we took the height for a good gourmet moment?
