The Fulgurances restaurant team is once again settling in L’Entrepôt and unveiling its unbridled and lively canteen which welcomes its chefs in residence on its beautiful green terrace.
It’s been 7 years since the restaurant Fulgurances treats the 11th arrondissement of the capital and that the chefs in residence follow one another to simmer good little dishes. Good news for foodies: the Fulgurances team once again moved into L’Entrepôt, in the 14th arrondissement, for the entire spring-summer 2022.
For the lunch, snack or aperitifwe settle in the unique place that mixes kitchen, bar, cinema, concert hall and exhibition, to discover a unbridled and innovative menuthanks to the heads of Fulgurances who spend several months there residence !
From now until the beginning of June, it is the Chef Ricardo Verdejo who takes place in the kitchen to make spring sing. He deploys an enchanting cuisine, based on oysters pimped with kiwi, spicy mignonette, coriander and lemon or even green and white asparagus, fried shallots, kale and mascarpone beaten with seaweed in a dish.
Then, as of next June 5, it’s the chief Patrick Nguyen who will take over. He will launch for the first time in his name at the Entrepôt, after 5 years alongside Tabata and Ludovic Mey at the Apothicaires in Lyon. And to delight gourmets during the afternoon, the Chef Sophie Le Prado kitchen sweet or savory snacks. Passed by the kitchens of Alain Passard, Daniel Baratier and Antonin Bonnet at Quinsou, she prepares according to her desires pies garnished with seasonal fruits, soft cakes or savory cakes.
