Given the diversity offered in the establishment, the Pizz grill brand of Sainte-Mère-Eglise (Manche) has been replaced by Nyco’s Happy Diner.
“Even though we offer pizzas to eat in or take away, we have a very wide choice now in fast food, of course, but with fresh products. The meat and the bread come from local suppliers”, specify the friendly owners, Nicolas Bertot and his sister-in-law Kirsty Field.
You will love the homemade bagel, the vegetarian sandwich and you will be surprised by the various USA import drinks that are not found in traditional stores.
A very nice decor
Finally, it is important, the american style decoration is very tasteful, down to the smallest detail.
Upstairs, another room is being fitted out and will be able to accommodate a dozen additional customers. And then the small terrace is also there to be able to eat quietly or consume from the first rays of sunshine.
In anticipation of the June ceremonies
Nicolas Bertot worked for a few years at the Anguille bar in Liesville-sur-Douve before putting it in management and then selling it. From now on, in the center of Sainte-Mère-Eglise, in the alley that borders the “Le Domino” café, he is preparing for the season and there will be four of them working.
For the June ceremonies, eight people are scheduled to respond to customers.
